Bought something from IKEA and they used Parcelforce to deliver it to me. Never got it. Stayed 3 times at home - each time after a whole day I just get a "delivery attempted" message on my tracking number, with no card left, no one calling my front door or my number. Called a few times to sort it out, people on the phone were nice and recptive but overall had no affect on how the driver's just don't make an effort whatsover.
Horrible.
