Eventually received a parcel after waiting in for three days and being told it would be delivered each day. Had to run down the road to catch the driver after he had passed our house. The driver's English was very poor and he had difficulty reading the address.
Really poor service!
Parcelforce never got back to me after I phoned in my complaint
