I m very very disappointed in the negative response I have received so far , on 24 /01/2019 I paid the amount of £ 82.38 for parcel globalpriority EE 591 640 781 GB .
Sadly my parcel was returned to me and sign for .
I have answered all questions asked of me , I have retained all receipts and evidence of my payment .
I cannot understand way I have not had my money returned .
If there is a reason please let me know so that I can do something about it , your assistance would be much appreciated , Venancio Fernandes
