I would give this service -10 stars as they are unable to sort a situation they have created when shipping a parcel to the wrong COUNTRY! They don't want to give proper answers to any of the questions I have sent, just vague and unsubstantiated answers. They are evasive, they have long delays and they try to blame it on someone else. It's a hassle even to contact them... you have to call (expensive if you are from outside UK) or use twitter.
DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
