Cannot fault Darren our Parcel force delivery man (Baldock delivery area)..Always has a smile and friendly no matter what the weather.. nothing too much trouble for him. We had a couple of really heavy deliveries and he put them exactly where we wanted which was so helpful. Items recieved were in good condition package wise. Very happy with service
