Don't use if you expect your parcel to be delivered by the specified time and date.
Used and paid extra for 24 hour delivery, they couldn't even do it in 48 hours. In fact 48 hours later and the tracking shows it hasn't even left the delivery depot. Absolute shambles, and this isn't the first time.
