It is the third time my parcels are lost. Parcels were sent from Portugal using GLS. They arrived in the UK, 2 or 3 days after. In the UK they are handled by Parcel Force. And get lost, or delayed, or go on a tour around the country. Every time this has happened, I had to make phone call after phone call every week to customer service and them to coventry depot and then to international team. No one seems to have any information and just ask me to wait another week.
I will never use parcel force again! It may seem cheaper than other services but it ends up more expensive when accounting for the damages of any perishable goods, presents never being on time, damages, phone calls, time wasted, stress and disappointment.
