Was awaiting a battery bought off eBay for my wheel chair, wasted my whole morning and most afternoon waiting. Finally approx 3pm decided to message the sellers for tracking number who advised Parcelforce tried to deliver at 11:09. Contacted Parcelforce on their telephone advised them I had been waiting for the batteries for my wheel chair. Informed them I have checked my cameras and no one had even attempted to deliver my parcel. The unfortunate thing now was I had to go to the post Office to collect how hard that was that I had to go without my wheelchair otherwise I would have to wait 48hours for redelivery which would have meant not being able to go shopping for food. Called to complaint was advised I would get a call back nothing. Don’t know how else to take my frustration out on Parcelforce would not recommend.
