My frustration with this courier cannot be put into words. But all I can say is avoid this courier company for your peace of mind. The amount of money I paid for an express service and the number of days it has taken for the items to be delivered cannot be said. As I write now the parcel is still with them, I called the depot to pick it up myself and the lady that handled my call said she was gonna check and see if the parcel is not with the delivery driver and up until the time I’m writing this review no return call. Very very very very useless company
