Frustrating when you are expected a delivery date and its delayed with no reason. (Look sir / madam i have paid for the items in question so the least you can do is not lie and give me the accurate correct information when i ask for it , please don't take the urine) Ok my turn...This company parcel force and royal mail sucks. Many items delivered over the years and over 50% of them are late or redirected and when you speak to customer services they simply don't care about you. These people advertise a service and it is not upheld idgaf what any one else sais about it either , these 2 companies need to be axed , reformed or have new management and employees ...simples. Terrible delivery service and even worse customer service. They are a waste of time just like writing this review will be 😬
