Useless. JG7707840.arrived 3.5 hours late. Item was damaged beyond repair with impact marks to packaging. Uncaring staff. This outfit is not a patch on DHL or DPD. Parcelforce has awful reviews for a reason. In need of urgent reform. Do not use.
