Parcelforce are a joke i was suppose to receive my parcel next day im now on day 3 and still waiting no 1 can tell you anything when you ring only lie to you DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE. I gave them 1 star because i had to rate them to write this but they dont deserve even 1 star they are a joke
