i have used parcel force for my business not bad service BUT send a parcel as normal and not indicate large and you will be charged a ridiculous £44.50 plus vat as a surcharge with out them telling you, they let me do this on 21 occasions just rubbed there hands and took it, am taking this further , SO BEWARE OF THESE ROBBERS
