The poorest, most unreliable service there is in the UK! I live in France, and I'm currently with my husband doing an expensive IVF treatment locally. As I was running out of one of the medications (and it was not available in France) I ordered it from the UK and payed ParcelForce the premium service of "next day delivery" for which I had to pay £90. The package never arrived, this ruined my fertility treatment (which costs +£6.000 !) as I couldn't stop having this medication. In addition there was not even one single communication from ParcelForce on the progress of the delivery and especially on any issues or delays with it. I then contacted them by the live chat, the lady just said I'm really sorry, we don't know what happened, you might need to wait other 3 days to receive the parcel (That would be standard delivery, not the premium £90 one that they promise and I payed for fast delivery) Unbelievable and really sad for us.... the very worst delivery service in the UK. A complete abuse to customers (especially for those like me that use it for medical purposes) - I will never use ParcelForce again.
