Only gave 1 star as zero wasn’t an option. Parcel supposed to be delivered by Parcelforce Friday then told Saturday but no parcel now Monday. Parcelforce obviously think people can just sit around waiting for their parcels. I seriously don’t know why businesses choose Parcelforce for their deliveries, they are useless.
