I knew a parcel was coming tiday whilst I was out so left instructions on what to do with it, leave in safe place which was specified or leave with neighbour... I get a text to say it had been taken to my local post office which shuts at the same time I finish work 5 miles away.. what is the point in advising what to do with a parcel if no notice is taken. .... ironic thing is that there is a box you can tick on the card to leave in safe place obviously my courier couldn’t be arsed
