A company that clearly doesn't care about people's complaints emailed to them. For them to email back saying they would get in touch within 3 working days... On a Thursday.. Was impossible to actually speak to anyone on the phone. Told me they would be delivering my (delicate) parcels at 11-12. As a worker I went out of my way to be home for 10:50 to find a card saying they missed my delivery. At 10:25. Have to wait another day with the thought of this terrible company throwing my parcels back out at there depot. If I had known parcel force would be delivering, I wouldn't have ordered. Very disappointed.
