If I could have give 0 stars I would have, but The minimum I can give is one star which they don't even deserve.
Not only they don't even attempt to deliver, but they also lie saying that they tried to attempt ( we were at home all day and nobody buzzed, called us or else)but nobody was in;
then they say a " we missed you"card had been left, but the truth is there was never a card left anywhere. trying to speak top them is as bad as trying to speak to HMRC. Never ever again I will purchase anything if the delivery service is Parcelforce, NO WAY !!!
