ParcelFARCE charged me £15 to send a parcel to my brothers address in BHam. No attempt was made to deliver it. No card ever left at address. I contacted ParcelFARCE and they said that parcel was waiting at a BHam post office, that they would try "again" to deliver it next day. My brother stayed in for next 2 days waiting for it. AGAIN no attempt made at delivery. LIES. Tracking shows they actually sent it back to me the day after I spoke to them. So Im £15 pounds out of pocket and the parcel is back with me. Their complaints procedure is designed to thwart every attempt at getting any compensation whatsoever. I cannot understand how a company like this can exist! No redress for customers. Anything goes. I wonder what kind of drivers they employ - Underpaid? Overworked? Or just plain corrupt and lazy! As for the managent, truly disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
