Worst courier service ever, I'd rather go pick my parcel up somewhere than deal with these useless incompetent people. They "missed us" two days in a row, delivering different parcels from the same company, even though we were home both times. They didn't come to our building at all, they simply left our (valuable) parcels 4, then 8 doors down the street, "with neighbours": first a pub, then a complete stranger living at a different address. If you're a business, don't use this company unless you're prepared to lose customers and ruin your reputation.
