Doesn`t deserve one star. Sat in my from room with my dog for 4 hours awaiting a parcel delivery. 15:30 tracking stated parcel was " out for delivery " ParcelForce van drove past my house at 15:35. Tracking at 15:40 stated parcel had been " returned to depot ". Now, unless either myself or my dog failed to hear our doorbell then I must conclude that no delivery was attempted. No delivery card left. I have now had to arrange collection from my local Post Office and I am going to have to pay! I am now going to contact the company my parcel is originating from and state that if they continue to use ParcelForce then I will cease doing business with them!
