Guys, this is the worst customer service in ANY British company in my experience. I don't understand why the very good French La Poste and Chronopost in France automatically redirect their parcels through Parcelforce? I have had to call them (at my own expense and time) TEN times exactly and still haven't received my parcel from France and it has been three weeks! Their drivers are careless and very poorly trained
The British consumer rights council and parliamentary account committees should be looking into this company and how it is abusing the consumer and getting away with it.
