Awful service. 2 parcels sent using their Express 24 service. Not yet arrived after 4 days despite being marked as out for delivery.... Apparently the driver ran out of time and they won't now deliver until next week as the weekend delivery surcharge was not paid.... Why would you? Dispatched on Wednesday for 24 hour delivery. Other companies consistently get this right.... DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE if you need your item to actually arrive on time
