Lied about trying to deliver a parcel that I'd waited in for. Just sent an email saying I had to collect from post office instead. I tried to schedule redelivery for the next day, which the website said had been a success. Guess what, no redelivery. Tried to contact them, just got automated messages.
UPDATE: I've since complained to the shop sending the item - I think this is the only way to effect any change and I encourage the scores of people on here with the same experience to do the same.
