I have clearly had a very similar experience to everyone else using this appalling service.
I was expecting a 48 hour service, not a 350+ hour service.
I have stayed home for 5 days now, each day starting with me making a phone call to the local depot, where I was told each time, "Your Parcel will arrive today".
I have been lied to by the warehouse staff and by the managers on several occasions, stating that the adress on my parcel was incorrect, when it was not.
I will never be using parcel force again in my life.
