Ordered bikes from Cycle Republic got a text with a estimated delivery time slot which did not arrive called Parcelforce only to be told "sorry your parcel was to big" what a shambles I would have never used them but I have no power to choose the courier when I ordered my item please please avoid at all cost if possible.
Parcelforce should be ashamed of them selfs.
