Absolutely useless, paid a lot of money to send a parcel, which arrived damaged. Paid extra for full protection but trying to file a claims report was practically impossible. So in the end, sending something with Parcelforce has cost me the price of the contents and the price for sending and I have nothing to show for it. An absolute Disgrace of a company
