Horrendous service ! Not the first time I had to deal with them, always a problem. The driver never knocks on the door, just leaves a card saying they tried to deliver, leaving me waiting like a t**t for nothing, instead of getting my sleep as I work night shifts. Unfortunately I didn't have choice for courier company. If you call them to make a complaint, they direct you to their terrible website, where you can read complaint have to be made by the sender. AVOID AT ANY COST THOSE PIECES OF S**T !!! How can that bunch of incompetents not be bankrupt already ?!?
