Ordered something on next day delivery, driver didn’t show and then took it back to the depot at 8PM after me waiting in all day & left me with no instruction about redelivery. Waited in again, with poor customer support from parcelforce themselves, barely responded on Twitter with useless info, tried ringing to be hung up on numerous times and my parcel left in the depot all day & then when it finally arrived the box was damaged and so was the plastic package envelope.
