Parcel Force are to be avoided at all costs, do not use.
We sent a parcel to the US which needed additional clarification at US customs. PF were given the information immediately but they took over 5 days to pass it on to US customs by which time the parcel was returned to us in he UK. We attempted to claim from them as it cost £162 and they came up with every excuse possible to reject our claim.
