I experienced an awful experience how Parcel Force East London Depot is organizing deliveries to their customers.
I needed receive a parcel within 48hr delivery but first attempt was only done in 72hours.This service does not work.
Customer service does not know what delivery drivers do. Luck of communication, unable to sort delivery problems.
Delivery drivers can make own decision not informing Parcel Force customer service.
Avoid using Parcel Force services.
