Have never experienced anything like this. Paid customs charges on package to be told it would be delivered next working day. No package. Have spent over 2 weeks talking to customer service agents who tell me complaint will be dealt with within a day or so, only for it to be ignored. Have gone through complaints twice. It's really like groundhog day. I will never use this company again.
