Received a message saying the driver tried to deliver parcel and has left a card confirming where it can be collected from. No card and certainly no delivery. 1)My housebound mum doesn't go out.
2) My CCTV that records the property boundary 24hrs per day confirms that Parcelforce haven't been here.
Furious as goods needed for Friday and I have no idea where my parcel is. I've now contacted Harrods to explain if i dont receive the parcel by Friday I'll have to contact my card provider and do a charge back.
