3 times in a row the driver has clearly lied about attempting delivery. Called customer service. A call back was promised in 30 minutes. None was ever received. Customers of online shopping organisations that use ParcelForce are powerless, and ParcelForce staff know it, and take advantage of it. In my book, this makes them a bunch of contemptible crooks, victimising those weaker than them. If this seems harsh, how would you describe taking money from people and then offering no service in return? Isn't this theft? Shouldn't staff not only be fired, but be prosecuted for fraud?
