If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worst delivery company known. Not surprised their shares are so abysmal. My Costco parcel has been going backwards and forwards to their North West London depot for 3 days now, I have been in, there is no card through the door. Costco customer service had to phone them to find out the problem - they said "It's the TRAFFIC". I say: "DUH". Avoid like the plague. Yes, it's been returned to the Depot again!!!
