Parcelforce are the most backward company in the UK, and call themselves a delivery company! Every time I sent a parcel with them I packaged it securely, and made it "bomb proof" yet somehow they managed to damage it! I have heard that the workers play football with parcels in the depots, so no wonder things get damaged! I suggest everyone switch to using "Hermes" as since then everything I sent through them has arrived intact!
If everyone switched to using Hermes, Parcelforce would collapse and that will be the end of them!
