All build up stories. I was checking the status every 10 minutes and suddenly they updated delivery missed because no one was at home. The driver did not even come near to the house, I checked the CCTV and make sure no one came to delivery. When I spoke to the customer care they are keep on telling lies. The worst parcel company in UK.
