Terrible service, instead of leaving parcel at local Post Office like they did with a previous order 2 weeks before, they took it back to the depot 15 miles away
I arranged an online redelivery day/date and NOTHING!
I waited in all day for them!
There are no customer representatives to speak to and no one is bothered, where is my parcel?!
Now I am money out of pocket
Avoid like the plague!!
