Ordered a item from eBay told me they left a note saying it's been delivered (when they hadn't) then told me I had to pick my parcels when I paid for delivery while being on hold for nearly a hour and when I did speak to someone they have a seriously bad attitude when I call parcel force a joke... bad service..bad customer care... and waiting times a joke
