Parcel force should have collected a parcel from me on Tuesday this week between 9-5. They never came! It was rearranged for Wednesday between 9-5. Again, they didn’t come, at 6.30 I had to go out to take my son to his club and when I came back at 7pm they had posted a card through to say I’d missed them. No time however, was given in the card. My older daughter was in this whole time sat in the room right next to my front door and she never heard a knock. Again, rearranged for collection today between 9-5 and guess what! NO collection. Absolutely terrible service! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Three days I have wasted by waiting in for nothing!
