The reading depot is so poor its hard to put into words
They just lie to you , they don't deliver 2 days on the trot, despite promises , the manager is a total useless idiot who won't call u back and you're just fobbed off in the call centre, make you wait in for 2 whole days and still no delivery. So that's 3 days now my parcel is in Reading depot and been out for delivery for 2 whole days and they still cant deliver it despite me living about 10 minutes away.These idiots are not couriers they're Clown
