Awful.
Should have received a parcel weeks ago. Got in touch today because they said it would go out today and it hasn't.
They put it on the van this morning, then took it off because of too many parcels. Now it's apparently my issue to deal with that they can't count.
Also rude people on the phone. I said I called at 9.45am and have been waiting hours for a call-back, the woman said "No you didn't, you called at 10:15, it says in my system". I WAS WAITING IN YOUR RIDICULOUS CALL QUEUE SINCE 9:45!!!
