We have send a parcel 10 days ago and has not been delivered and the tracking process is not being updated.
I have called several times and they always tell me that they will call me back. They never do.
I have tried contacting on-line, chat, telephone, claim, complaint,... no response
There are cheaper and much better services out there, the Parcelforce brand is no longer a name to be trusted.
I will never use them again and honestly I do not think I will get he parcel
