My parcel didn't arrive to China, and the tracking shows that it's stuck in the International Hub (Sorted for export) for over 3 months now!! So it didn't even leave the UK since September. I called the service-team twice, and had to wait around an hour on the phone. Result: No info regarding my parcel, and zero outcome. They promised to call me back, but even that didn't happen. I'm afraid that my parcel might be lost.
