This is a zero star review - I actually cant believe they get away with this "service" How come they haven't appeared on watchdog or any other consumer rights programmes. Every be AWARE - so yourself a favour and just use any other company. If you have to WALK your parcel to the recipient you are better off to do that trust me! PARCELFORCE IS A SCAM TAKING PEOPLES MONEY and ZERO comeback. Customer service is non existent as well - AVOID!!!!!!!
