98 yr old birthday surprise delivered to totally different postcode and signed by a total stranger!
Parcelforce say they closed my complaint as the package was delivered????? They won’t deal at all or accept responsibility although they admit delivery to wrong postcode wrong person !!!! This is appalling!!!!!
