Absolutely no point giving the estimated delivery time if they only deliver 3 hours later than communicated and leave no attempted delivery card or no directions.
There are other couriers who always deliver on the dot, sadly some retailers have decided to use the services of Parcelforce which simply mean I will need to stop purchasing from these retailers not to go through a nightmare of an experience.
