Parcel was marked as despatched on 28th december,by the seller. on Parcelforce 48 service. - not collected by them until 4th. January 2020!- It is now 9th January, and after numerous phone calls, I was told I could collect item from local depot, just 3 miles away. I gave them my driving licence, and parcel number. The operative came back about 6mins. later, and said "the manager won,t release the parcel to you, because an attempt at delivery has not been made! - on asking when it WILL be delivered, he just shrugged his shoulders, and said "don,t know". - STAY WELL AWAY from these!
