Paid for 24hr service but an 'issue' at the sorting hub meant it did not leave there for 12 hours. Stayed home on the due day, to no avail (and no info). Only option was delivery next day (only other choice as a delivery had not been attempted so no card etc). In spite of all efforts missed the next delivery a day late (in spite of all efforts to be in and house only empty for 1/2 hr!). With an attempted delivery choice now widened to paying an extra £12 to have it delivered on the Saturday. Having read other reviews, I think we got off lightly. I will not be using Parcelforce again. Myhermes all is forgiven!!
