So I have been sending large parcels now for months and had no issues wrapping them in black bags. Well yesterday I took a parcel to the post office for parcel force to collect to be told by the staff they would not accept as it was wrapped in black bags. I explained I have never had an issue. Even looked on parcel forces website and nothing on there stating you can't wrap in black bags. In the end I had to re wrap and ended up being a day late. Not impressed. Won't be using again
